weather is fantastic ... so I am feeling better because of it, I think.
breakfast - rice porridge, and something made out of a kind of cabbage (this could be problem)
lunch - one orange, eaten first, then rice noodle and beef soup. and some basil leaves.
feeling okay so far.
the night before also tried the Gorse flower solution to combat hopelessness. not sure how well it worked.
but today my brain does seem to work. wanting to do things. and things are flowing better in the body. is it purely because of the weather or something else?
I want to focus on not eating Sulfur containing food and see what happens.
7th day without coffee (let's keep going)
also started breathing exercise before meal. only 5 minutes so this is doable.
Orange is probably bad for you. Gas right after during nap.
