Just an okay day today. Gloomy/rainy weather. the sleeping pills last night did make me sleep well, which is really needed. Not sure how much LDN is working, or not working. But I am taking it regardless.

Morning TaiChi went really well. Probably the best so far. Very in the present. I am glad for it.

Breakfast: black rice with maple syrup. pretty nice.

Lunch: home made squash soup with saffron and cod. Tastes great.

Afternoon snack: one apple.

Dinner: Pho. It is Sunday and I have not been out for a while thought this is a good change.

2nd Day no Coffee and Gluten

Still not much energy. Still lots of issues with ligament etc. Still feeling sad though a little better.

I think sleeping well last night helped a lot, with everything.

I want to figure out how to help mitochondria with more energy. This is very important. Need to do more research.


My ATP production must be really really low. Need to check the result before.
