Energy level is low. Probably due to weather being gloomy. Feeling down as well. However, a little inspired from reading "The Wahls Protocol", in which the author urges reader to start a dairy to detail his journey. Hence this. I will try to write something every day.

Life is pretty difficult, I must say. Dealing with a chronic disease like mine is not easy. It's damn hard. Things do seem rather hopeless at times. And no one understands.

But may, this journal will.

We shall see.
